With a primary focus on the customer experience, we designed this retail outlet for AXA Insurance to be open and friendly while also being mindful of the importance of maintaining intimacy and privacy. Earth tones, neutral finishes, and organic forms merge with injections of corporate colours for a modern look that is casual yet professional. With custom-made, wheelchair-accessible counters with privacy screens and solid wood ceiling rafters installed for acoustic control, we placed the customer experience at the forefront of our interior design and execution.
