Situated in a Dubai warehouse, MNK Studio is a go-to destination for an eclectic clientele of recording artists and podcast hosts. We worked closely with acoustic consultants to ensure that each room in the studio is completely soundproof and isolated from the others using double-layered partitions and flooring raised with soundproof foaming and springs, all without compromising on the aesthetic qualities of the space. From MEP and IT specifications to interior design, every detail was preplanned and attended to. And because the aesthetic environment is conducive to artistry and creativity in a recording space, every design feature in every room was carefully selected so as not to jeopardize the industrial look and feel of the studio with polished acoustic treatments.
