A FASHION DESIGNER’S VILLA

Location: JUMEIRAH ISLANDS , CLUSTER VILLA , DUBAI

In this dramatic renovation of an existing villa, we worked closely with the homeowner to create a living space that reflects her eclectic style and personality. Everything from the kitchen to the glass facades to the traditional staircase underwent a major upgrade; we introduced raw finishes and clean lines to create an industrial yet modern aesthetic throughout her home. A working, entirely custom-made kitchen doubles as an open social space in one beautiful package, with a design inspired by an industrial cafe. The dining room is a causal, eclectic space to relax and entertain, with custom made U-shaped booth seating and a wooden swing installed on the side for a playful touch. It’s a home designed to foster a sense of community and built to create memories.
