We renovated and refreshed this Downtown Dubai apartment, bringing sophistication, luxury, and personalized design to create a warm and inviting retreat for its residing bachelor. One bedroom was converted into a richly designed multifunctional “playroom” that serves as a library, a private cinema, and a moody game room for the resident and his guests. The master bathroom is adorned with lavish Italian white onyx, along with touches of light oak for warmth and brass metals for an extra touch of luxury. And an entirely personalized walk-in wardrobe was built, with custom-made closets, mood lighting, and even a skylight effect integrated within the space.
